You can never have too many in this city. Better late than never, Feast of Merit’s new rooftop bar opened early this week on the first day of autumn.
“Since the start we’ve wanted to go upstairs,” says owner and YGAP founder, Elliot Costello. “But we wanted to make sure it worked. We had to get the funding and the timing right.”
The two-year-old restaurant’s new space features a retractable roof to keep the sun in and the autumn chill out. A Middle Eastern snack-food menu complements the downstairs menu. Spiced organic almonds with chickpeas is an option from the vegetarian-friendly list.
